John came in to support the business as cover whilst we recruited for our permanent digital marketing manager with the objective to ensure continuity of handover and also input into our 20/21 digital strategy. It was a pleasure having John work within the team, who instantly instilled confidence and stability during the transition, including internal colleagues and externally with our digital agency partners. John also gave additional support through a strategic review of the Damart digital activity and spend vs. the market to help inform our future strategy and areas of improvement. John & I worked together on his most recent project. I found him to show great flexibility in adapting quickly to the demands of a new market vertical he was placed in.
